All Caribbean Wrestling crowns first champion as pro wrestling makes triumphant return to Trinidad and Tobago

All Caribbean Wrestling made their debut in Port of Spain, Trinididad and Tobago on July 31, 2022 with their event Battle Kingdom. The event was the first pro wrestling show to be held on the island nation since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and featured several big names from around the world of pro wrestling.

We previewed Battle Kingdom prior to the show and you can take a look back at that preview by clicking here.

All Caribbean Wrestling has provided the results from their debut event Battle Kingdom on their Facebook page, which you can see below.

Fan reaction to the event has been great so far with several fans pointing out the Pope vs. Thom Lattimer and Queen Aminata vs. Mazzerati matches as the best of the night. In the night’s main event, Fran¢ (fka Top Dolla, AJ Francis), who was still billed as a mystery opponent when we published our preview, took on Trinidad and Tobago’s own Trini Dan. The main event was revealed to be an All Caribbean Wrestling Championship match after the event had gotten underway. Fran¢ would leave Battle Kingdom as the inaugural ACW Champion after fellow Trinidadian Lady J turned on Trini Dan, costing him the match.

There’s no word yet from ACW on whether or not any video of the event will be released. However, we have been able to track down some videos on social media with footage of the action. You can check some of the Battle Kingdom action out at the links below.

Following the success of their inaugural event Battle Kingdom, ACW has already begun to tease a future, second event. Details appear to be coming on the horizon soon so to stay in the loop be sure to follow All Caribbean Wrestling on Instagram and give them a like on Facebook.
