WrestleMap had a chance to speak with some fans that were able to attend the event and the four match card has gotten rave reviews from the CTW supporters who were finally able to enjoy live pro wrestling again.

In the night’s first contest, Lobo Ibérico took on the visiting Rizo from Spain. The Iberian Wolf and The Prodigy tangled up in what appeared to be a technical showdown. Lobo Ibérico was able to outlast Rizo in front of his home crowd and walked out of International Incident III the winner. So far, this match is that only that we’ve been able to track down any video from, you can check that out below courtesy of our good friends from Hoje Falo Eu Wrestling.

The second match of the night featured “The Timeless Classic” Hndrxxx taking on “The Student” Abreu in Abreu’s debut match. The Student had been introduced to CTW through a series of vignettes that focused on his study of pro wrestling and perfecting the craft. It appears as if Abreu’s studies have paid off to this point as this match received high praise from those in attendance. Although the veteran Hndrxxx was able to leave with the victory, The Student has stated that he doesn’t believe in wins and losses, just wins and learning. Surely Abreu learned very much in this debut loss against The Timeless Classic.

The third match of the night was one that we included in our recent international roundup. A women’s match between two of the top rising stars on the European wrestling scene, Spain’s Maria De La Rosa and CTW’s own “Raging” Claudia Bradstone. Claudia Bradstone was able to pick up the victory in this one, defeating the Absolute Champion of Lucha Libre Barcelona in the process. This challenge for Bradstone was one of the toughest on the path of reaching her ultimate goal, becoming the CTW Heavyweight Champion. The Raging One is determined to reach that goal in 2022 and this win over Maria is a big step in the right direction.

In the night’s main event, the CTW Pro Wrestling European Championship was on the line as former Absolute Champion of Lucha Libre Barcelona, Ricky Barceló, challenged reigning champion Red Eagle for the belt. Red Eagle has held the title for over three years now and despite a high level challenger with a championship pedigree stepping up to make a challenge for the belt, he was able to retain in the night’s main event.

There’s no word as of yet on when or if video of the event will be released, but CTW has promised a recap on one of their upcoming episodes of Primetime, their YouTube series. Be sure to subscribe to their YouTube and keep an eye on their Facebook and Instagram pages for updates and further coverage of the CTW’s successful return to action.
