Winner takes all as two former partners go head to head in Hungary

Hungarian Championship Wrestling has released the English commentary version of their most recent event, Utolsó Emberig, which translates to “Until The Last Man.” The show’s main event, a double title match between two former partners and friends, Maverick, the HCW Champion, and Chris Dice, the HCW Revolution Champion, headlines the show.

There was a great deal of hype and a great build leading to this main event. The story between Maverick and Chris Dice has been one that Hungarian fans have been following closely for some time now. Maverick was able to capture the vacant HCW Championship earlier this year and the fact that his first defense is coming against an intense rival that was once a close friend in Chris Dice sets the stage for a big fight feel. According to one fan that was in attendance for the live event, this match definitely delivered and lived up to the hype.

A big crowd attended Utolsó Emberig and were loud throughout, with HCW reporting that 450 were in attendance. Elsewhere on the card was a 25 person battle royal to determine who will be the next challenger for the HCW Championship, HCW’s first ever “I Quit” Match between Tihanyi Peter and Renegade, a singles match featuring 1/2 of the HCW Tag Team Champions Arrows Of Hungary, Icarus, taking on Gianni Valletta and more!

No spoilers for this event are available here, or really anywhere else online at this point, so the only way to check out this successful show and epic main event is via HCW’s Vimeo! You can click here to check that out. The event can be purchased for $10 and is available with both Hungarian and English commentary.
