EWF from Porto Alegre, Brazil impresses with latest edition of their Just Fight series

Porto Alegre, Brazil’s EWF was in action on February 12th for their first show of 2022! We’ve featured EWF here on WrestleMap in the past and are big fans of the Brazillian company’s modern indie style in-ring product. Just Fight 4 is no exception. The event featured a good crowd on hand and EWF’s live streaming production looked great and went off flawlessly.

The opening bout of the show was quite noteworthy as it featured a battle royal that the company called a Playground Battle. This is where the show’s title, Batalha Playground, comes from. The match itself was a 25 wrestler battle royal, but only 15 of the participants were regular EWF wrestlers. The other wrestlers in the match came from other promotions around Brazil including Crazy Freestyle Wrestling, FPW and Pro Wrestling Curitiba. We feel that battle royals are always a good way to get familiar with a handful of wrestlers at the same time. If you’re interested in the Brazilian pro wrestling scene, which is continuously growing and getting better, this EWF show would be a great place to start.

Outside of the battle royal, there are also some singles matches included. Big Snow and defending champion Ryan do battle for the RS belt. Impressive martial arts expert KaOz takes on Hayashi Matsumoto in a no disqualification match. Then in the main event, Dano Cerebral, the defending champion, and Obah Khan do battle for the Evolution belt!
