All Caribbean Wrestling returns with monster two day event and plenty of star power headed to Trinidad and Tobago

All Caribbean Wrestling is set to follow up their debut event Battle Kingdom with the even bigger, two day event Battle Kingdom Resurrection. The two day event will take place from San Fernando, Trinidad on October 22nd and 23rd, 2022 at Pleasantville Indoor Sport Arena.

The two day extravaganza will include two tournaments, one to crown an inaugural ACW Women’s Champion and one to crown the second ACW Heavyweight Champion after inaugural champion AJ Francis returned to his role in WWE as Top Dolla.

The event is not short on pro wrestling star power as talent announcements have continued to roll in leading into the big weekend. Internationally known pro wrestling stars from both the independent scene and major promotions such as the National Wrestling Alliance and All Elite Wrestling will be on hand.

The tournament to determine the second men’s ACW Heavyweight Champion has been titled the Caribbean Cup and will feature wrestlers representing several of the region’s countries fighting to become the new champion.

The eight competitor tournament will include:

  • JTG, representing Trinidad and Tobago

  • Reggie Rhythm, representing Haiti

  • Malik Bosede, representing St. Lucia

  • Adrien Destello, representing Dominican Republic

  • Omar Amir, representing The Bahamas

  • Tito Colada, representing Puerto Rico

The tournament to crown the first ACW Women’s Champion will also feature some big names in the wrestling industry. Set to vie for the title are Holidead, Queen Aminata, Mazzerati Lazarus and Red Velvet of All Elite Wrestling!

The international star power doesn’t end with the two tournaments. WWE Hall of Famer and current AEW on-air personality Mark Henry, who debuted with ACW at Battle Kingdom, will be on hand again, this time in his new official role as ACW Brand Director.

Former All Elite Wrestling Tag Team Champions Swerve In Our Glory (Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland) have also been announced for the event. An international showdown match between two marquee stars has also been scheduled as “The Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels will meet up with former WWE Superstar Lince Dorado. Daniels will be making his return to the Caribbean island nation for the first time since 2010 for the match.

Also announced for the two day mega event are La Rosa Negra, Rios De La Sangre, Joseline Navarro, former WWE officials Marc Harris and Justin King, the Nu Nation tag team, and Trinidad and Tobago’s own Keyon “Ninja Assailant” Byron.

This is a major event that will be bringing a ton of star power to the Caribbean island of Trinidad. We’ll do our best to keep our readers updated on the important results from this event that is sure to set a tone for big time pro wrestling events in the region for the foreseeable future.
