India’s Wrestle Square Releases New Match
In this “new normal” caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, wrestling promotions have been forced to get creative when it comes to presenting their product. Without the ability to hold shows with crowds, many of them have looked to creating digital content, opting many times to release one match at a time. That’s the case here in this interesting new match from Indian indie promotion Wrestle Square. Black Gautam puts his jacket on the line in the first ever “Jacket Match.” The Jacket Match is contested under hardcore rules and can only be won when one of the competitors retrieves the jacket from a pole that’s affixed above the ring post.
