Wrestling Revolution Global takes over Lahore mall for high impact November Nitro event

On November 21st, Wrestling Revolution Global had the Avenue Mall in Lahore, Pakistan rocking with their November Nitro show. The Lahore-based company had been set up in the Avenue Mall since October, offering training to interested locals and putting on a couple of shows, culminating with November Nitro. WrestleMap was able to obtain some exclusive live fan highlights from the event, courtesy of WRG wrestler and CEO of MW Belts, Max Mughalz. A full show event video will be coming to the On The Mic YouTube channel relatively soon so to see the full event, be sure to subscribe to or bookmark their YouTube page.

Wrestling Revolution Global is making their case to be recognized as the number one work-rate promotion in Pakistan. WRG is headed up by Abdullah Khawaja, one of the company’s top wrestlers who trained in Dubai at Al Snow’s Wrestling Academy Dubai. That training has laid the foundation for the promotion and the training that they have been offering to new local wrestlers seems to be paying off very well.

November Nitro featured a handful of matches and very solid in ring action from what we’ve been able to catch so far. While we don’t have access to all of the results of the matches (you’ll be able to see those first hand when the event is released to YouTube), we can share some of what we were able to catch. Abdullah Khawaja and Blue Mysterioso absolutely destroyed each other in a tables, ladders and chairs match that may have been the first match with that stipulation in Pakistani pro wrestling history. The undefeated fan favorite Jibran Khan outlasted Talha Taaram in a singles match. Haroon Rashid and Ali Ibn E Nazar met in a singles match, as did Rowdy Kakar and Zain “Alpha” Khan. There’s some good stuff here and the backdrop of the crowded, multi-level shopping mall looks pretty cool on camera.
