Vietnam Pro Wrestling launches new web series, releases first match

Vietnam Pro Wrestling is back in the ring again! Following a lengthy layoff due to the Covid-19 pandemic that saw the release of a couple of top notch documentaries about the company, VPW has now returned to the ring for their new War House series!

After having acquired their first wrestling ring, VPW was only able to hold one event with the new ring prior to Covid-19 bringing their progress to a halt. In this new series, the VPW wrestlers will get a chance to return to that new ring but it will be on a closed warehouse set. Unfortunately, the young company’s growing fan base won’t be in attendance for any of these matches but hopefully that return can come someday soon.

For the War House series, it appears as if VPW will be releasing one match at a time to their YouTube channel. To catch the rest of the releases be sure to subscribe to their YouTube by clicking on the video below.

The first match to be released as part of the War House series is a one on one match between TJ Black and Sid Nguyen (who was featured pretty heavily in both of the recent VPW documentaries). You can watch that match in the video below. Other matches for future episodes of War House have been announced as well, including a tag team match between the Mystic Warriors and the team of Kira and Dokuga. A VPW Vietnam Openweight Championship match is also scheduled for a future War House release. That match is set to take place between reigning champion Rocky Huynh and challenger CVP.
