Unfortunately, no one here at WrestleMap is able to speak Italian. We ran the post through a translator and the gist of the announcement can be seen below.

WIVA HAS LANDED ON FITE TV

Following the success of our WIVA series Il Wrestling on YouTube, we are proud to announce that WIVA has landed on one of the most important streaming platforms in combat sports.

Which are we talking about? FITE TV, a platform that in recent years has been given great prominence in the world of wrestling. From today, WIVA is in the same virtual place as AEW, IMPACT! Wrestling, ROH and many more.

What the future holds for us is still too early to say but what we know is we will try in every way to give you the best possible show.

We remind you that to be able to follow us on @FiteTV just download their app and type us on the search engine.

International wrestling companies bringing their content to FITE has been a great way to get additional eyes on their product in the past, even if offering a weekly show for free. For example, New Zealand’s Impact Pro Wrestling has brought in new fans, including the author of this post, just from having their free weekly show available on the platform. The same can be said for other independent wrestling promotions around the world, including from Switzerland and South Africa.

As WIVA themselves mentioned, it’s unknown what the future holds for the company and what effect putting their program on FITE will ultimately have. But landing on a platform known as a home for streaming some of the top wrestling promotions in the world is definitely a smart step to take.
