Ontario’s Backyard Pro launches third season

The third season of Toronto, Ontario’s Backyard Pro is here! The Canadian promotion released their debut episode of the third season yesterday and we always recommend catching these episodes. Backyard Pro is always a lot of fun and features a lot of comedy and a lighthearted approach to backyard wrestling. But don’t let the “backyard” part of the name confuse you. These are all fully trained professional wrestlers, some of Ontario’s best in fact. In Backyard Pro, the wrestlers step away from their usual in ring characters and adopt new, more outlandish personalities. The promotion is entirely fan funded and can feature some really cool backyard wrestling spots being executed by fully trained pros. Backyard Pro debuted during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic and has produced some of the most entertaining independent pro wrestling content to come out during the pandemic period. If you have any interest in comedy in pro wrestling, or if you just enjoy laughing while watching a pro wrestling show, we have no doubt that you’ll love Backyard Pro.
