Weekly homegrown pro wrestling coming to Pakistan TV for the first time as REW secures TV deal

The revolution will be televised! Revolution Eastern Wrestling has broken some huge news with the announcement that they have secured a TV deal with Venus HD TV! The TV deal will allow Revolution Eastern Wrestling to create the first ever weekly pro wrestling TV that will be produced by a Pakistani pro wrestling organization. The company announced the news with a post on Instagram.

A source from within REW was able to provide WrestleMap with some additional information on the historic TV deal. The idea within REW is that this opportunity to create TV content will help allow the company to continue to work, regardless of the current or future status of Covid-19 restrictions. It will also provide them with an outlet to produce more content, which is something REW is always looking to do.

The first round of tapings for REW’s new TV deal are set to happen without an audience in attendance. The company does want to hold television tapings in front of a live audience in the future though, but only when Covid-19 restrictions allow. No name has been provided for the upcoming TV series as of yet by REW. Stay tuned for that information and more information on when the first episode will air!
