Kerala, India’s AAWE releases first three pro matches to YouTube

The pro wrestling scene in the South Indian state of Kerala continues to grow. With no wrestling scene to speak of as recently as 2019, three wrestling promotions now call the area home. The third and most recent group to join the scene, All Action Wrestling Empire, has released their first three pro matches to their YouTube channel. AAWE originally got their start as a backyard promotion and held what is considered to be the first pro style wrestling match to take place in Kerala. Since that match, and the creation of pro wrestling promotions in the area, the AAWE made the decision to go pro, starting up a more professional training regimen. They have now released their first three pro matches as part of their Battalion series The Ronny Edger vs. Ckrarry Zey match especially had some high drama moments and some high impact collisions, including a double clothesline that hit at a high speed on the concrete floor. The third match, and the main event of the Battalion series, features Stone Reigns and Jay Kay Mysterio in action. This match is actually a rematch, for the first time in a professional ring, between the two wrestlers that wrestled in Kerala’s first pro style wrestling match, with Jay Kay Mysterio previously going by the name of Reystriker. The AAWE also employs one of the younger referees that we’ve seen but we have to give the youngster props, he’s extremely professional and on top of things in his role in keeping order in these bouts. Overall, it’s pretty cool to see that the AAWE has joined the fray and decided to take the pro route in a scene that’s really starting to gain some traction.
