Egypt’s PWO reveals new title belts, teases big announcement

In a recent post to their Twitter account, Egypt’s Pro Wrestling Organization unveiled six brand new championship title belts that the promotion plans to have up for grabs when they launch (or re-launch) operations later this year.

A closer examination of the title belts in the photo shows that the PWO has some plans for a few different title divisions. They appear to be planning to have a world heavyweight champion, world heavyweight tag team champions, a world hardcore champion and a world women’s champion to head up all of these divisions.

Along with the unveiling of their new title belts, PWO teased that they have a big announcement coming soon. Could that announcement be details about a potential upcoming event? Back in June we spoke to one of PWO’s coaches, Jesus Rodriguez, who indicated that the company was considering October as the month they would make their debut. That timeline may match up with an impending announcement. We’ll just have to wait and see!
