France’s APC announces return to action after nearly a year hiatus

Pro wrestling in Europe continues to provide good news when it comes to wrestling promotions returning to action following extended breaks due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The latest to provide some good news is France’s Association les Professionnels du Catch. For the first time since late summer 2020, the APC is set to return to the ring.

The French company announced July 11th as the big date for their return show, Renaissance. APC is widely considered to be amongst the higher end of pro wrestling in France talent and production wise.

Renaissance is set to take place in Nanterre at the Jenny Studio, the venue that the APC refers to as the Temple of Wrestling in France. So far, the wrestlers that are announced as being in action are Eagle Blanc, Christianium Le Surrealiste, “The French Senzation” Senza Volto, Rick Salem, “THE NEXT” Thiago Montero, current APC Heavyweight Champion Xan Drain and from Hungarian Championship Wrestling, the tag team of the Hungarian Arrows (Icarus and Dover).

For our readers in France, or who will be in France on July 11th, tickets are available for purchase at this link.

Best of luck to APC on their return to the ring. With all the pent up energy that nearly a year out of action brings, July 11th is sure to be a memorable night for the fans in attendance!
