Rocket outlasts 63 other wrestlers to win 2021 Torneo Del Poder in Spain

Heading in to this past weekend, we covered the massive one day, 64 wrestler tournament that was set to take place at the Arnold Sports Featival Europe in Seville, Spain. Now that the weekend and the Arnold Sports Festival has passed, we can confirm that this year’s Torneo Del Poder was won by Rocket of White Wolf Wrestling!

White Wolf Wrestling was not originally advertised as taking place in the multi-promotion event. However, in the end, the popular Spanish company was most certainly represented in the winner’s circle.

The unification of the Spanish pro wrestling scene to put together this event, with Sevilla Wrestling taking the reins as the event took place on their home turf, was by all signs a tremendous success. So much so that Sevilla Wrestling has taken to their Instagram to announce that they will be returning to the Arnold Sports Festival again next year. Does that mean another edition of the Torneo Del Poder? We sure hope so!

So far, there is no word as to whether or not any footage from the Torneo Del Poder will be available for interested wrestling fans that were unable to attend. This could be a great resource for fans that would like to become more familiar with the Spanish pro wrestling scene and hopefully some of the tournament footage will become available. Congratulations to Rocket on his big victory and the accolades and bragging rights that come with it. A congratulations is also in order to the whole Spanish pro wrestling scene for coming together to pull off such an extensive and successful tournament. Here’s to hoping that this weekend of the Spanish pro wrestling scene unifying to entertain the fans with high stakes tournaments and battle royals with national bragging rights on the line becomes a yearly occurrence!
