Indeed and in truth, I am overcharged and ready to participate in the timely championship that will bring the best out of me. I foresee this happening and I have trained and prepared myself. One thing I enjoy doing on the ring is to make my opponents cry for mercy. No exception. Weight, size does not matter. Be ye giant, heavyweight or light heavyweight. Yea, you will cry for mercy and I will not be merciful. Why? Because no paddy for jungle.’’
Those are the words of Flying Dan Ko who has his name as Daniel Kolawole. The multi talented masked wrestler who hails from Ayeteju, Mopamuro in Kogi state has been boasting that he will crush bones during the Battleground 2021 Presidential Pro Wrestling Championship, Fight Against all comers. The championship is billed to commence on the 13th March 2021, the day the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR will unveil the event at Abuja before taking it to other Nigerian states of Lagos, Delta, Imo, Ebonyi and Akwa Ibom State.
Flying Dan Ko
How will Dan Ko crush bones while flying as he is always flying from corner post, on the ring, outside the ring into the ring and from the ring to outside the ring. Strongbone Erujeje and Mighty Man have promised to break bones and that is sincerely possible looking at their weight size and Rocky Johnson Ibadanwa too has promised to chew bones of opponents. The listed talents are all in the heavyweight categories and can fulfill their missions of destroying bones but how will the Flying Dan Ko make his wishes a reality?
Nigerian pro wrestling scenes has never seen a crazy fighting machine like Flying Dan Ko who once promised, ‘’you know, I don’t care what state or arena you feature me, just be rest assured someone’s gonna get hurt and cry like a baby. And it’s not going to be Dan Ko.’’ Dan Ko knows every hold and counter hold and whenever he applies them, victory is always on his side.

Dan Ko who was trained by the legendary African Grand Wizard of professional wrestling, Elephando Bassey became a pro wrestler in 2011. He had Mr. Emma as his first opponent while he has wrestled with Mr. Sharpman, Target, Zion Lion, and Captain Thunder. He believes in Nigerian pro wrestling that the future is so bright and that things will indeed get better for the game in our part of the world.
