First American wrestler set to compete in Cameroon this weekend

“The Golden Boy” Jim McDowell will become the first American wrestler to compete in Cameroon that we’re aware of and he’ll be bringing his Allied Independent Wrestling Federations Golden Age Title to put on the line. The Golden Boy will take the ring to compete with Animal of Cameroon at Pro Wrestling Africa and FECACATCH’s joint event Battleground 2023.

This will mark Pro Wrestling Africa’s return to Cameroon after June 17th’s successful Night of Champions event at the Palais Des Sports in Yaoundé.

This historic event and match is ready to rock Yaoundé and the Palais Des Sports coming off June’s successful event and the hype surrounding an American wrestler visiting the country for the first time.

We’re expecting to have match footage available here on WrestleMap.com so stay tuned for that!

Be sure to visit WrestleMap.com for more coverage of this historic event and pro wrestling all around the world!
