Ex-WWE star coming to Niagara Falls

Scotty 2 Hotty set to return, plus two women's matches

After an incredible event last month, Empire State Wrestling looks to build off its strong momentum on Friday, June 23 with Friday Night Heat at the Frontier Fire Hall (2176 Liberty Drive, Niagara Falls, N.Y.). The special guest for Friday Night Heat is former World Wrestling Entertainment Tag Team and Light Heavyweight Champion Scotty 2 Hotty. The last time Scotty 2 Hotty wrestled for ESW was in May 2016, when he challenged former ESW Heavyweight Champion Will Calrissian for the title in Olean, N.Y. Friday Night Heat will also feature a pair of women's singles matches on one card for the first time in ESW history.

Scheduled for Friday Night Heat includes:

  • Albany, N.Y.'s "Courageous" Christina Marie versus Canadian star "The Stand Out" Taylor Rising

  • Buffalo's own Haley Dylan versus "The Shining Light" Catie Brite from Pittsburgh, Penn.

  • ESW Tag Team Champions High Seas versus The Outrunners (as seen on All-Elite Wrestling and Ring of Honor)

  • "The Holy Hand Grenade" James Sayga versus international indie wrestling star Mambo Italiano 

  • ESW Heavyweight Champion "The Remix" Kevin Bennett will deliver a special public service announcement

  • Many of ESW's regular stars will be in action such as "Big Time" Bill Collier, "Invincible" Vince Valor, "The Inspiration" Gregory Iron and many more

Front row tickets are $35. Second row tickets are $25. General Admission tickets are $20. Tickets can be purchased at ESWTIX.com where service fees apply. Ticket prices increase by $5 on event day. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. The opening bell is set for 7:00 p.m.

Founded in 2002, ESW is run by Brett Stymus. Over half of ESW’s performers reside in the Western New York area.
